Lino Morris

Mr. Morris provides the Advisory Board with a unique blend of talents in both technology and management that has been demonstrated by worldwide experience in the sciences, communications, product research, development, manufacturing, marketing, implementation and operations. Mr. Morris came on board with Worldwide Communications Associates as both a Director and President of the Company’s Technology and Facilities Division. He also served as Director of Exchange Services for Interoute, owners of the largest and newest fiber network in Europe, covering some 300 locations in 16 countries.

Mr. Boon has over 30 years of broad-based experience in technical, sales, marketing and administrative management in a wide range of businesses but primarily in the telecommunications and technology industries with a strong start-up focus. He has recently relocated to Australia after 18 years based in North America working with major customers in locations as varied as Angola, Central America, Europe and the Caribbean.

Ray Powers

Progressive business leadership experience with 30 years in a Fortune 100 corporate environment (AT&T/US West/Qwest), followed by accomplishments in a variety of enterprise scenarios from entrepreneurial through IPO implementation. Significant Board of Directors experience with multiple technology companies, as well as in non-profit venues. Adjunct professor and lecturer for multiple Universities at the undergraduate and graduate level.

James Crawford

Mr. Crawford has over 40 years experience working with advanced materials development. Co-founder of Techniweave in 1983 and purchased by Albany International his knowledge will prove to be irreplaceable for Augrid. He has been a principal investigator on numerous Army, Navy and Air Force R&D programs and currently consults on specialty textile fabrication projects.

Rick Pauer
|
Mr. Pauer is a graduate of Valparaiso University worked for Owens Corning Fiberglass and Reichhold Chemicals prior to founding his own composite tooling business which he sold to Cook Composites and Polymers. He is also involved with an industry group interested in green composite materials, applications and processes.

Edgar Ashmead

Mr. Ashmead has earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Master Degree from the University of Delaware’s College of Composite Materials. He has worked for Boeing, ILC Dover (an aerospace textile manufacturer), Bell helicopter under defense contracts with the US DOD and currently is employed by WL Gore.

Sean Walsh

Mr. Walsh has earned a BS in Chemical Engineering and a MBA from North Carolina State University. He has worked for Reichhold Chemical where he headed the thermoset resin department and currently is working as a consultant with Konaca, a major specialty chemical company.

Joseph Zicaro
|
Mr. Zicaro is a civil engineering consultant with Cemex Rinker Materials and serves on several committees and chairs two American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) committees. He has been recognized as a leading expert in concrete construction and is a certified Professional Engineer (PE).
